Chocolate caseiro!

O Mati é um miúdo bastante curioso, e uma das coisas que parece gostar mais de ver é a comida. Fica de tal forma atento e entusiasmado que estamos a ponderar passá-lo da espreguiçadeira (onde ele fica enquanto comemos) para a cadeira da papa, embora a pediatra diga que ainda é precoce porque ele não se senta bem (já andamos a magicar um sistema para ele ficar bem apoiado). É óbvio que não estamos a pensar dar-lhe já comida, mas achamos importante que ele possa fazer parte da nossa rotina da refeição.

Pizza paleo (sem glúten)

Estão a ver, eu disse que não fazia só receitinhas doces :D

Já tinha experimentado a famosa base de pizza feita com couve-flor, e desta vez pareceu-me boa ideia testar a base com polvilho doce. Como não tinha queijo ralado usei uma fatia de queijo flamengo (#preguiça #abarrigajápesa) e ficou bastante bom :) Sinceramente gostei mais da alternativa com couve-flor, mas esta é muito mais rápida! :) Experimentem! :)

Cheesecake de lima e limão (paleo, sem glúten, sem açúcar e raw!)

Depois de ter testado esta receita de cheesecake de framboesa paleo fiquei com vontade de continuar a explorar este tipo de doces feitos com caju. Vai daí, na semana do meu aniversário aproveitei o facto de ter todos os ingredientes (é um mistério para mim como tenho mais facilmente em casa tâmaras, xarope de seiva de ácer ou creme de coco em oposição a ingredientes muito mais 'habituais' como ovos, manteiga ou leite) e meti mãos à obra :D

No fim não consegui decidir qual é a minha receita preferida. A primeira fica mais consistente (até porque solidifica no congelador) e esta fica mais cremosa, mas ambas são igualmente saborosas. Experimentem! :D
