Esta gravidez tem sido um miminho de enjoos. Nas últimas semanas tenho estado melhor e 'já só' passo alguns dias da semana enjoada, mas o início foi muito complexo, e nos primeiros quatro meses perdi sete quilos. Desde então não posso dizer que tenha estabilizado grande coisa do peso (no total já perdi dez quilos, sem recuperação à vista), mas pelo menos já consigo comer sopa e prato sem ficar o resto do dia a águas das pedras :D
No início as únicas coisas que tolerava eram iogurte com cereais (e mesmo assim só alguns iogurtes, e poucos cereais) e pão (mas pouco). Comecei então a almoçar 'coisas no pão', e foi assim que andei a bruschettas durante semanas a fio. Aqui ficam algumas, para vos dar umas ideias :)
